Cochin - Munnar

Upon your arrival at Cochin Airport or Railway station, our Guests Relations Executive will be there to warmly welcome you and introduce you to your designated driver. From there, we will embark on a scenic drive to Munnar, a breathtaking hill station nestled in the picturesque state of Kerala. Situated at an elevation of 1660m above sea level, Munnar is a haven for nature enthusiasts. With its lush tea plantations, meandering pathways, verdant grasslands, and diverse flora and fauna, it truly captivates the hearts of all who visit. The hills, lakes, valleys, and forests create an idyllic summer retreat that appeals to everyone. Munnar derives its name from the convergence of three mountain streams, which adds to its charm. The pleasant climate of Munnar attracts visitors year-round. On our way to Munnar, we will also have the opportunity to visit the enchanting Valara and Cheeyappara waterfalls. Additionally, you may choose to explore a tea plantation, as Munnar is renowned for its tea production. If you're fortunate, you might even witness the local people diligently plucking tea leaves in the plantations, a process that occurs every 15 days. Upon reaching Munnar, we will check in at the hotel, allowing you to unwind and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of this hill station. Enjoy a peaceful overnight stay in Munnar.

Munnar

Munnar, a charming hill station, is adorned with tea plantations and mist-covered mountains. The beauty of Munnar lies in its winding narrow roads that offer breathtaking views of valleys, tea gardens, and small waterfalls along the way. A must-visit attraction in Munnar is the Eravikulam National Park, which serves as a sanctuary for the endangered Nilgiri Tahr, a mountain goat species found in South India. However, please note that the park remains closed during the months of February and March. Another interesting place to explore is the Tea Museum, where you can witness the tea processing techniques and indulge in the delightful taste of freshly brewed tea. Additionally, a visit to the Mattupetty dam provides an opportunity for boating, while Echo Point allows you to experience the unique phenomenon of hearing your own voice echo. Conclude your day with an overnight stay in Munnar, immersing yourself in its serene ambiance.

Munnar-Kumarakom

Head towards Kumarakom, a picturesque backwater village. Immerse yourself in a unique world with the stunning backwaters, houseboats drifting amidst coconut trees, and a peek into local life in Kumarakom. The bird sanctuary here provides a sanctuary for countless beautiful birds and other species. Your time here will surely be rewarding. Along the way, you can explore a rubber plantation. Upon reaching Kumarakom, settle in at the resort and unwind. Treat yourself to an optional Ayurvedic massage, and spend the night at the resort in Kumarakom.

In the morning, embark on a visit to the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, where you will have the opportunity to witness a diverse range of migratory birds and delight in their melodious chirping. Afterwards, proceed to the picturesque backwater village of Allep
