The rest of the day is yours to explore the city at your own pace or simply relax and enjoy the serene surroundings of Munnar. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Munnar.

Munnar

Explore the wonders of Munnar today! Begin your day with a visit to Eravikulam National Park, where you can marvel at the diverse wildlife and perhaps catch a glimpse of the rare Nilgiri Tahr. Next, head to Mattupetty Dam, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and a serene boating experience on the lake. Continue your journey to Echo Point, where the natural echo phenomenon adds a fun element to your visit. Enjoy hearing your own voice bounce back from the hills! Don't miss the Tea Museum (closed on Mondays), where you can learn about the history and production of tea in India through exhibits and vintage machinery. Taste various types of tea and consider purchasing some as souvenirs. After a fulfilling day of exploration, return to your hotel in Munnar for a relaxing overnight stay.

Munnar – Thekkady

Thekkady – Cochin departure
