Booking Terms

• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving 30% advance payment.
• The balance amount must be paid before or at the beginning of the trip.
• Driver duty timing is 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Additional driver allowance applies for travel beyond these hours — please confirm charges at the time of booking.
• Vehicles are provided without a luggage carrier. One can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
• Kilometres are calculated on a Garage to Garage basis.
• Toll charges, parking fees, interstate permits, entry fees, and other applicable charges are collected as actuals.
• AC may be switched off on hill-station drives, during halts, or when parked. Applies only to AC vehicles.

Please Confirm the Following at the Time of Booking

• Daily rental amount and included (non-chargeable) kilometres.
• Extra kilometre charges.
• Driver allowance — Day Allowance / Night Allowance / Stay Allowance.
• Pickup location and reporting time.
• Trip duration and expected drop-off location.

Travel Guidelines

• Guests are requested not to instruct the driver to overspeed or violate traffic rules.
• Parking in no-parking zones is strictly prohibited.
• The driver will strictly follow all traffic rules and government regulations.
• One travel day is considered as one calendar day.
• Any extension of the trip or change in itinerary is charged additionally based on actual usage.

Legal Jurisdiction

All legal disputes arising out of bookings or services provided by Pollachi Tours & Travels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pollachi, Coimbatore District, Tamil Nadu, India.
